Education's demands are to be set in view of the system's problems and even the true nature of this country. Regardless of the positive results in educational reform, there is good number of significant problems within the area, increased by the obstacle of the present economic crisis. Since the goals to be achieved are so great, and there are Iimited resources, in order to increase their effects within the system there is a need to establish priorities. This is why the author sets a concrete goal to be achieved, as he suggests ways to solve it.
