La encuesta de preferencia electoral: ¿Modesta herramienta de análisis de la realidad o arma de lucha política?

In view of various political projections published during the recent political campaign, the author questions the limits and real value of those instruments in this country, its positive and perhaps negative results. As he offers some suggestions, he allows the reader to find out for himself weather these projections are just another political weapon so to speak, or if they really have an impact in the voters' final decision, He also suggests a new investigation which could probably improve the style and content of electoral projections in the Dominican Republic.
