La formación de los recursos del sector educativo

In spite of an ambitious 1D-year program as of 1993 for advancement of teachers in the Dominican Republic the performance of the students in national high school tests is poorer each year in the key areas of the curriculum. Possible flaws of the program could be not having motivated the on going education of the teachers who participated in the program, as well as not having coupled the participating universities to their neighborhood high schools and grammar schools.
